Trust, security & responsible AI

Useful technology.
Bounded responsibility.

KUMIKO is building a production-orchestration process in which information is handled deliberately, AI has a defined supporting role and people remain accountable for the decision.

01

Data minimisation

The public intake asks for enough information to begin a conversation — not confidential drawings, export-controlled files or a complete technical data package.

02

Controlled disclosure

A production request is not published to an open network. Information is shared selectively and only where it is needed for technical review.

03

Separate document exchange

Sensitive documents are not accepted through the public intake. An appropriate exchange method is agreed separately after initial review.

04

Human accountability

AI may structure, flag and draft. Technical feasibility, partner selection, commercial terms and production release remain human decisions.

What AI may support

Structure the evidence.

  • Organise submitted requirements
  • Normalise capability information
  • Flag missing or inconsistent inputs
  • Draft candidate process steps
  • Monitor selected public market and technology signals
What people decide

Own the outcome.

  • Technical feasibility
  • Which specialists receive information
  • Partner fit and commercial terms
  • Quotation readiness
  • Production release

Security requirements are reviewed
before sensitive information is exchanged.

KUMIKO does not claim security certification or general suitability for classified, export-controlled or safety-critical data. Those requirements must be reviewed for each engagement before sensitive information is accepted or shared.
