2. Hosting via ChatGPT Sites / OpenAI

This website is provided using ChatGPT Sites, a service of OpenAI. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the hosting platform. This can include, in particular, IP address, date and time of access, requested page or resource, browser and device information, referrer information and technical status or error data.

The processing is necessary to make the website available securely and reliably. KUMIKO bases this processing on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient provision of our public website.

Processing of data outside the European Union or European Economic Area cannot be excluded when OpenAI services are used. Further information about OpenAI's handling of personal data is available in the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

3. Reach information

The hosting platform may provide KUMIKO with automatically aggregated or summarised information about website reach and use. KUMIKO does not add a separate analytics service or its own marketing tracking to this launch version.

4. Cookies, tracking and external content

KUMIKO does not use its own marketing or analytics cookies on this website. The launch version does not embed external videos, maps, social-media feeds or external web fonts. No additional marketing-tracking service is operated by KUMIKO on this website.

5. Contact and production requests

Contact with KUMIKO takes place only by email or telephone. The website does not provide a transmitting contact form or file upload. The request preparation interface on the website works locally in the browser and does not itself transmit or store the information entered. Please do not send confidential, export-controlled or otherwise sensitive technical information through an initial public email contact unless an appropriate process has first been agreed with KUMIKO.

6. Recipients and storage duration

Technically necessary website data may be processed by OpenAI as the provider of ChatGPT Sites and by service providers used by OpenAI to operate the hosting service. KUMIKO receives only the information made available to it through the hosting environment, including any automatically summarised reach information.

Technical connection data is retained only for as long as required by the hosting provider for secure operation, troubleshooting and protection of the service, subject to the provider's applicable retention practices and legal obligations. If you contact KUMIKO directly by email or telephone, the resulting communication data is retained for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and, where applicable, to comply with statutory retention obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights under the GDPR including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
